1. Identification of Data Controller

   Momentum-NA, Inc.

2. Identification of Data Processor and approved subcontractors

   Data Processor: THINKINGBOX MEDIA AND DESIGN INC, 200-602 W HASTINGS STREET, VANCOUVER BC V6B 1P2, CANADA

   Subcontractors for the following elements:

   • Registration page hosting/database: AWS
   • Email delivery system: SendGrid
   • Analytics processing: Google Analytics

3. Purpose of personal data processing

   The purposes of the personal data processing are mainly:

   • dispatch of photos to end-users;

4. Categories of Personal Data

   Personal Data that are subject to the processing are the Personal Data requested at the photo booths such as:

   • identification data (first name, last name);
   • the information contacts (email address);
   • image recordings (photos)

5. Duration of processing of Personal Data:

   All personal data will be securely deleted within 48 hours following the completion of the Festival weekend.

6. Nature of personal data processing

   Data Controller will process the Personal Data as follows:

   • Only to the extent necessary to achieve the mentioned purposes set out herein.
   • Where applicable, only to the extent necessary to comply with a legal obligation applicable to the Data Controller under and in connection with the event.
   • When consent is required from a data subject, only after having obtained prior consent from the data subject.
